Return to Love
Gabrielle at the beach

There is a magic that happens when we drop into deep trust and reverence for the body’s natural healing ability.
Craniosacral is a gateway to this magic.

My name is Gabrielle, and im so glad you are here.

Originally from the UK, I’ve made my home in Australia with my husband. It was a big decision to move so far from family, especially as we prepared to raise children without that close support, but after my travels, I knew this was the place I wanted to be.

My journey into healing began with Reiki at a young age. In my 20s, I pursued nursing after traveling and exploring different cultures around the world. While I loved helping people, I often felt limited by the clinical environment, where I couldn’t fully connect with patients the way I wanted. I longed for a more personal, whole-body, and soul-centered approach to care.

After the birth of my daughter, I embraced a new way of seeing the world. This led me to study naturopathy, though balancing that with motherhood was challenging, especially with another baby on the way. Eventually, I shifted into health coaching, earning my certification with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. During this time, I also created and sold my own natural tooth powder, which was distributed Australia-wide. To further expand my skills, I later studied NLP, pranic healing, and Touch for Health kinesiology, each of which added depth to my understanding of how we heal as a unified whole.

Alongside health coaching, I held space as a Kambo practitioner, guiding individuals through deep transformational healing. These experiences shaped my ability to support healing on every level—body, mind, and spirit.

I believe deeply in the power of gentle touch and the body’s innate wisdom. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can return to love—reconnecting with yourself and your purpose.

I hold a Diploma in Craniosacral Therapy through Nourishing Tides, a training that bridges the physical osteopathic model of CST with the spaciousness of the biodynamic approach, embracing the holistic spectrum in between. I also continue to deepen my understanding through the Milne Institute, focusing on Visionary Craniosacral Work®, a soothing, noninvasive, hands-on therapy that nurtures the body’s innate healing abilities.

My passion lies in helping people reconnect with their true essence—mind, body, and soul.

When I’m not working, you’ll often find me weaving or immersed in creative projects that bring me joy and peace. I’ll be sharing my weaving work and hosting circles, inviting you to connect with this creative, grounding practice.

I’m honored to support you on your journey toward balance and well-being. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain or looking to reconnect with inner peace, I’m here to walk alongside you as we work together toward harmony within.

I respectfully acknowledge the Arakwal people of the Bundjalung Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work in Mullumbimby.

I honour their deep connection to this land, waters, and skies, and pay my heartfelt respects to their Elders—past, present, and emerging.

I also acknowledge the long-standing traditions of weaving and healing that have been practiced by Indigenous peoples for thousands of years, and I carry deep gratitude for these cultural practices that continue to inspire and guide us today.

May we walk gently on this land and always honour its sacred wisdom.
